FAQ
Do I pay per seat or per inbox?
Per connected inbox. Pro is $8/mo for one inbox, +$2/mo for each extra (max 10). Agents do not add seats.
What counts as an inbox?
One mailbox you connect: Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, iCloud, or a custom domain over IMAP. Mix providers on one plan.
How do attachments work?
Ask your agent for a file and it gets a download link that lasts about 15 minutes, so it can save the file to your computer without pushing the whole thing through the chat. Files under 2 MB also come back inline. Anything over 50 MB is easier to grab from your mail app, so we leave those alone. Sync itself never downloads file contents, only names and sizes.
Does the trial require a card?
No. 14 days on one inbox, no card. Upgrade to Pro for up to 10 inboxes and sync every 15 minutes.
Can the agent send email?
Only after you approve. Sending is off by default. When you turn it on, the agent writes a draft, shows you the full To, Subject, and body in chat, and sends only after you approve in that chat (Gmail, iCloud, and custom-domain IMAP). Microsoft is draft-only for now, so you send those from your own mail app. See Security.
