Microsoft sign-in, not a pasted password
Connect opens Microsoft OAuth in your browser (scopes: Mail.ReadWrite + offline_access). Tokens go into an encrypted vault. The agent holds an Inbox Triage API key only.

Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, and Microsoft 365 work domains use the same flow. Add personal and work as two connected inboxes on one plan.
Drafts in Outlook
create_draft writes a draft in your mailbox through Graph, so it shows up in Outlook. Nothing is sent automatically. Approve-in-chat send for Microsoft is coming soon; until then you send the draft from Outlook.
The synced window, and going past it
Everyday triage uses the synced ~300-message-per-folder window (~40 for Gmail). Ask for older mail and the agent loads more of that folder on demand, up to 1000 messages.
Mix with Gmail and iCloud

Does this work with Microsoft 365 work accounts?
Yes. Graph OAuth covers Outlook.com/Hotmail/Live and Microsoft 365 work/school domains.
Will my agent see my Microsoft password?
No. Microsoft's sign-in page handles auth; Inbox Triage receives an OAuth token.
Can I connect Outlook and Gmail together?
Yes. Each counts as one inbox on Pro, up to 10 total.
