Custom-domain IMAP for agents
Fastmail, Yahoo, Zoho, or your own host: connect any domain over IMAP. Your agent lists, reads, and drafts from the account on that domain.

Unrecognized domains go to IMAP
If a domain is not Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, or iCloud, Inbox Triage routes to generic IMAP. It does not assume an unfamiliar domain is Google.
What you enter
Mail host (e.g. mail.example.com), port (default 993), username (default: the email address), and a password or app-specific password. Fastmail, Yahoo, and Zoho have presets; any other host accepts manual host/port.
Folders
Default sync: INBOX, Sent, and Drafts, newest ~300 messages each. Trash and Spam are never synced. Use list_folders to pick different mailbox names.
Search on IMAP
Same list/read/draft/trash tools as Gmail and Microsoft, scoped to the synced window. Whole-mailbox search (coming soon) is planned for Gmail and Microsoft only. IMAP stays window-only.
Same plan as Gmail and Microsoft

FAQ
Does a custom domain automatically route to Google?
No. Unrecognized domains use generic IMAP. If the domain actually runs on Workspace or Microsoft 365, tell your agent so it can set that provider explicitly.
What if my host isn't Fastmail, Yahoo, or Zoho?
Enter IMAP host and port directly. Presets are optional.
Can my agent search my whole custom-domain mailbox?
Search is scoped to the synced triage window. Ask for older mail and the agent can load more of a folder on demand.
Connect the mailbox that isn't Gmail or Microsoft
Generic IMAP is a first-class path.
